Our products are used in mechanical and plant engineering, factory automation, power generation and distribution as well as industrial electronics and telecommunication.

Responsible for the maintenance and support of all allocated customers in a defined area, field service support.
Is measured against the goals according to the current, valid goal system for functions that are close to the market.
Accept customers wishes. Check the required products (catalogue goods), using print and electronic media, for acceptability and totality. Customer advice. Submit solution suggestions and if required clarify with specialist departments and field staff. Determine costs with the help of specified documents. Agree deadlines with the departments, collate descriptions.
Conduct sample orders and inventory audits within the agreed frame of action. Monitor order processes. Appropriate order processing. Agree deadline deviation. Offer the customer alternative solutions regarding specialist and deadline subjects, process and document. Record changes in customer requirements.
Detail documents for tender preparation and prepare tender. Monitor deadlines. Ensure price adjustments within the specifications.
Acceptance and acquisition of customer complaints within the Organization complaint and return system. Clarification of complaints and process breakdowns with goods movements (i.e. miss-directed incoming goods, complaints, returns etc.). processing credit notes and replacements.
Maintain customer contact. Compile and implement methods to retain customers and acquire new customers, if required agree methods beforehand. Analyze customer developments. Monitor payments, that is early involvement and informing the field staff regarding late batches. Maintain customer key data and specifications. Support the field staff with pre and post processing of customer visits. Accompanying the field staff on selected customer visits. Is responsible for the customer satisfaction in his area of responsibility
Customer acquisition by telephone. Research and qualification of customer data through a third party.
Collate and process information, taking into account specialist documents (i.e. creating specified documents and graphics for presentations). Obtain and amend missing information. Present paperwork ready for signature.
Gives first level support for eShop / eCatalogue to customers and forwards inquiries as process driver within the organization
Actively represents the functions of eShop / eCatalogue towards existing customers and clients if necessary
Discusses the KPIs with the line manager on a regular basis to identify measures to improve the processes, customer satisfaction
