Designation: Sales Manager / Head Exports / International (Techno-Commercial)

Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: Above 8 years
As an Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sale of products to customers in assigned countries like Asia / Africa / European / Middle East.
Sale of solvent based and solvent free Laminating Adhesives for Flexible Packaging in exports markets
Managing Technical support for use of laminating adhesive.
Look for new opportunities to sell to customers in different countries.
Build-up & Maintain good relationship with agents, distributors & customer.
You'll need to develop knowledge of the cultural, business and political background of the countries you are responsible for.
You may be required to follow up with customer for LC, payments, etc.
Co-ordinate with backend order processing team to ensure smooth delivery to customer.
Other duties involve producing marketing plans, budgets and sales reports for discussion by company management.
You'll also organise sales briefings and conferences and visit international trade fairs.
Good interpersonal skill.
Knowledge of international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations.
Good Verbal & written communication skill.
The ability to work to deadlines.
Knowledge of economics, business and accounting.
Keen observer of Geo-political issues affecting countries of sales.
Stamina to cope with international travel. (you will often travel internationally, and could sometimes spend weeks away from home.)
