We have an opening for System Admin in a well known IT Company @ Sakinaka (Mumbai)

About Company: It provides support for complete IT infrastructure ranging from servers, storage, desktops, applications, data and networks. They also assist customers throughout the IT investment lifecycle from preliminary strategy development and technology evaluation, through to design, procurement and implementation.

Designation: System Admin

Location: Sakinaka (Mumbai)

Working Hours: Australian timings / Shift 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Gender: Male

Salary Range: Up to 6.6 LACS PA

Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues when necessary -Desktops & Server.

Create and manage all user accounts

Manage and maintain LAN Administration of AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange ,Office, software updates and Patching.

Good understanding of creating and working on desktop SOE

Good understanding of standard Windows networking protocols, such as DHCP and DNS

Good understanding of LAN and WAN topologies

SQL Administration, Cisco Switches/Routers/Firewall, ITIL standards

Having experience to attend foreign client over phone and e-mail.

Maintain Windows 2008 & 2012 Support internal applications.

Maintain email accounts management.

Resolving IT issues through remote and phone support.

Working on scheduled services and server maintenance works.

Adhering to the support agreements and SLAs.

Maintaining documentation of systems/ networks / backups as needed.

Provide 2/3 level support

Provide support and guidance to Team members

Own and deliver System upgrades, changes and improvements and coordinate with the rest of the team

Administration of backup and recovery systems

Review server logs and performance

Maintenance of documentation PC and server roll outs

Exchange and SQL administration

Trouble shoot technical issues

Disaster recovery planning and testing

Undertake recovery action in the event of a system failure

Perform and control updates or remediation to servers outside office hours when required

Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future

Meeting deadlines set by IT Manager on assigned tasks

At least 2 - 4 years of strong experience in Microsoft technologies i.e. MS Windows
2008,2012 server, Exchange 2007 , 2010 & 2013, Windows 7,8,10

Working knowledge of Group policy Management.

Working knowledge of IIS Web services, DNS, AD

Working knowledge on networking and Cisco ASA firewalls.

Experience in providing remote services via Remote Support tools

Trouble shooting and resolution skills

High level of customer service, care and support

Proven IT Helpdesk experience and Phone skills

Excellent verbal/written communication and business facing skills
.
Reliable and responsible for working through issues, and coordinate with the rest of the team
Minimum 5 years' experience with MS Networks

Servers administration experience

Experience with Microsoft Windows 2008 R2/2012 R2 Server, Exchange 2007, 2010 & 2013 Active Directory, Group Policy
