Designation: Technical Lead - Java Developer
Qualification: BE Or B.TECH in Computer Science.
Experience: 9 to 12 Years.
Should be a hands-on super senior developer and manage their own team of 3-7 people to take care of a
project or individual module from backend all the way to frontend. Will be responsible for discussing business
requirements with account managers and ensure to capture them in technical document and deliver the end product.
Shall be working in coordination with the existing development teams in the US and Romania.
1.They will make sure that their team know what it needs to be done and it's going to be done.
2. Candidate should be excellent in Software Development Skills. Should possess diverse experience of Development
to various enterprises including product development.
3. Candidate will be undergoing training at US office and will make sure the same development strategies and culture
is followed in India.
4 Candidate should possess Adequate Development, leadership and Excellent communication skills with proficiency
5 Candidate should possess good analytical skills and should be able to understand arithmetic.
6 .Candidate should understand the latest technology and technical developments in the space of telecom and IT.
Should be capable to Interface with applications of CTC.
7.Candidate should possess a good relationship skill with team members, Should be a go getter with an Ambitious
and competitive behavior, Should possess enough Drive and adaptable to change behavior. Should be an
Innovation Hungry individual.
8.Responsible for troubleshooting live issues after discussing with Account Managers or Technical Operation
Manager and update SRQ with all details. Candidate should be ready to jump into fix the issue by themselves or
work with team members to get it done.
9. Candidate should possess good interpersonal skills as he needs to coordinate with the teams across India and USA
with regards to development and coordinate on closing service issues. He needs to have good communication and
listening abilities and will be coordinating with the team in India as well as USA.
10 Candidate should be adhering to required systems and processes that are set up and managed effectively in
alignment with the overall development Strategy.
