Key Responsibilities
Candidates must have experience in CAPEX & OPEX Analysis
Taxation Indirect (GST, Service Tax, VAT, Profession Tax)
Training and empowerment of junior staff for GST.
GST system setup in organization like invoicing, bill booking, expenses recording working RCM,
Getting myself trained and update with regards to latest circulars and notifications
Preparation of monthly GSTR 1, GSTR 2 and GST 3B working.
Preparation of GST Tran 1 and Tran 2 working.
Checking monthly Service Tax calculations, reconciliation of returns with books of accounts. Liaising with our consultants and taxation authorities for handling service tax audit and show cause notice.
Checking & finalizing working of monthly Sales tax, follow ups on filing of returns. Prepares and timely filing of MVAT Audit report.
Quantifying and payment of monthly RCM, GTA and Service tax liability and maintaining records of credit of input service tax credit.
Reconciling tax returns and challans with books of accounts.
Monthly Profession Tax working and payment
Taxation Direct
Working and payment of monthly TDS liability.
Quarterly TDS return, reconciliation of challans.
Working and payment of Advance Tax

Accounts and Finalization
Finalization of quarterly & annual financial statements including cash flow along with schedule and its profit center wise consolidation.
Consolidation of annual financial statement of group entity along with its schedule.
Performing accounts payable functions & managing vendor accounts.
Performing accounts receivable functions and reporting to higher management.
Preparation and maintenance of fixed asset register
Maintenance of daily accounting in accordance with accounting standard. Coordinating with Group Company for Inter group fund movements, reconciliation and accounting.

MIS and Budget
Monthly books closing, preparing monthly profit and loss statement.
Preparing monthly MIS and analyzing variances with reference to budget.
Assisting in annual target setting, preparing department wise profitability.

Coordinating with statutory auditor for completion of statutory audit requirement & quarterly review report in well-defined timeline.
Attending and resolving internal auditors queries, preparing reply to internal audit report
Coordinating with auditor for timely completion of MVAT audit Tax audit
Handled yearly Stock Audit
Coordinate with consultant and tax authorities for Service Tax Audit.

Preparing monthly DP Statement for reviewing drawing power limit and for bank submission.
Controlling and managing plant level cash flow at plant level.
Handled monthly, quarterly and yearly Stock Audit
