Designation: Internal Audit Manager


Qualification: CA / Inter CA


Experience: 3 - 8 years


Experience with different International Audit across multiple countries.


Salary: 7 LAC


Location: Borivali East (Mumbai).


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Create and update internal audit plan.
  • Independently undertaking field audit in various locations across Africa.
  • Independently preparing audit report for presentation to the management.
  • Ensuring that statutory compliances are adhered to, within the group entities.
  • Implement new audit programs to ensure adequate financial controls.
  • Make recommendations to financial management about software, policies and audit triggers.
  • Perform inquiries and testing as needed to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.
  • Initiating improvements to the financial control and auditing process.
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
  • Assessing how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and informing management of any issues that need addressing.
  • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
  • Travelling to different entities to undertake field audit, obtain documents and information.
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results (audit findings memorandum) and document process.
  • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sectors rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.
