Qualifications: Post Graduation in HR (Full time/Part Time) with B.Pharm/BE/BSc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Should have experienced in handling HRBP (Budgeting & Controlling) in manufacturing/ Pharma industry
• Hands on experience in PMS Execution, Policy Drafting.
• Experience of handling Employee Grievances, Executing OD Initiatives
• Good understanding of Business Acumen & Strategized Retention
• Experience of prioritizing and allocation of task to the team
• Good in listening, English communication and inter personal skills
• Able to work in uncertain/unstructured environment with Plan B working
• Ready to travel to factory twice in a month
• Unrolling & Implementation of the HR Initiatives
• Managing around 1000 employees
• Should have min 7 to 8 years of hands on experience of PMS, organization development, change management and corporate administration.
• Should have successfully designed and implemented key HR programs(e.g. Organization Restructuring, Resource Optimization, Compensation benchmarking, Job Role Mapping, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Onboarding etc)
• Team management experience.
• Should be aware about HRs role in contributing to the growth of the overall companys business( expected role is more of Strategic/Business HR)
• Able to work in an uncertain/unstructured environment with Plan B/C working
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills. Good in presentation skills.
