Designation Manager/Asst Manager

Reporting To General Manager-Sales

Department Sales

Location Hyderabad

Gender Male/Female

Essential Qualification Any Graduate with an MBA from tier 2 institutes/Any Graduate with a diploma course from packaging institutes.

Experience 8 to 12 yrs in B2B Sales in any Packaging Industry should have familiarity with Sales of Plastic Packaging to Pharma Industry Clients

Salary Range 8-11 Lacs

Servicing Industry - Pharmaceuticals

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings in order to generate leads.

2) Identify, develop, and implement marketing strategy, based on organization objectives, market

characteristics & cost.

4) New Business Development from different industries especially Pharma Industry. Should have prior experience of selling to Packaging to Pharma Industries and understand their quality and

documentations requirement.

5) Client Management.

6) Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color,

packaging.

7) Coordinate with accounts dept. regarding payments & collections issues.

8) Sales reports on weekly and monthly basis.
