The company is nearly 3 decades old and is one of the fastest-growing Electrical contracting companies based in Mumbai. The company is a Mumbai based organization engaged in the manufacturing of Electrical Control Panels and Power Distribution Panels since 1990. The head office is in Mumbai and it has branches at Pune and Hyderabad.

Designation: Project Lead

Qualification: B.E./ Diploma-(Electrical)

Experience: Minimum 12 +years

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

• Managing and Leading multiple projects.
  • Train and develop people reporting to him.
  • Encourage the team under him to develop skill sets in all areas estimation, procurement,
  execution.
  • Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work
  namely project engineers, vendors, consultants, PMC/Client.
  • Managing Project Heads at site and addressing their needs.
  • Recording and managing project issues at the Regional level. Ensuring less/no issues are
  escalated to the Head office.
  • Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan which include project schedule,
  coordinating timely delivery of materials, execution and costing of the overall project.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance.
  • Represent the company during weekly site review meetings, if necessary.
  • Define Project schedule and maintain close watch at every milestone.
  • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
  • Assigning a team for the execution of the project to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Enlist drawing required for the execution of a project based on scope.
  • Enlisting the make list best suitable for the project.
  • Liaises with and updates progress to, project senior management
